Shipping Policy

We ship our hats and tees from Texas, usually within 7-8 business days of when you place your order. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order gets to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet — if that changes, this page will be the first to know.

We don't ship to PO boxes for orders over $75 (carriers won't insure them). For smaller orders, PO boxes are fine.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to get every order out the door within 7-8 business days of when it's placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

During launches, restocks, or holiday rushes, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We'll flag any delays at checkout if we know about them in advance.

Tracking your order

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the ranch. If you don't see it within 8 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then drop us a line at delynn.reed@gmail.com and we'll track it down.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property — carriers sometimes leave things in unexpected spots
  2. Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get scanned as delivered before the driver actually drops them
  3. Contact your local post office or UPS depot with the tracking number
  4. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email us at delynn.reed@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right

For damaged packages, take photos of the package and the damaged items as soon as you open them, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address changes

If you catch an address mistake right after ordering, email us at delynn.reed@gmail.com immediately. We can usually fix it before the order ships, but once a label is printed and the package is in the carrier's hands, we can't reroute it. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer aren't eligible for refund or replacement.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we're required to. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

About the beef (coming 2026)

Our Wagyu × Angus beef won't ship the same way our apparel does. When we launch beef sales in 2026, here's what you can expect:

  • Pickup at the ranch in Argyle, TX — free, by appointment
  • Local delivery within roughly 50 miles of the ranch — flat fee, scheduled with you directly
  • Long-haul refrigerated shipping — available for an additional cost; we'll work with you on logistics

Beef will ship vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, packed in insulated coolers with dry ice. Once the beef program launches, this section will be expanded with full details. Get on the Beef Waitlist to be the first to hear.
